‘Tiny Tina’ Is She The World’s Smallest Lady?
I think not. But, we wanted to check it out for ourselves.
Page Crawford and I couldn’t resist. The announcer said Tiny Tina was so small, you could cradle her in your arms like a baby. The sign, inviting us inside said the exhibit was “educational.”
So we paid our buck and stepped inside the low, stuffy, tent. What we saw made us feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Tiny Tina, a little person, was sitting bail of hay holding a stack of pictures to autograph.
Page said, “Hi.”
Tiny Tina said nothing. Tiny Tina looked annoyed, downright angry if you ask me, and I don’t blame her. The tent was hot. She was just sitting there. And, I’m sure not everyone who walks through that exhibit is as nice as Page and I.
We pretty much ran from the tent, slightly embarrassed. I’m not sure I’ll go see the “World’s Largest Horse” now.
As an afterthought, I wish I would have gotten an autographed picture of Tiny Tina.

Well, if we speaking on the same “Smallest Woman in the World” I was at our State fair this weekend and my friend and I split up at the fair to only later to meet back, in front of the Smallest woman in the world exhibit. She told she went in and i should go. So I paid my buck or so my 4 yr old grand daughter and I went in. I felt obligated rite away to spark up conversation with her. Because I felt dumb just standing there looking at her like she was some kind of an amazing talking animal! She is a HUMAN BEING like us. But at the same time thats what she gets paid for and she does it like 6 months out the year. She was very small and adorable and we conversed for at least 15 minutes, to show her that i recognize that fact she is human. My grand daughter wasnt excited she just waved at the lady and stood there while we talked. I thought maybe she’d have some questions, because that’s what 4 year olds do, and she is never quiet! She had A great attitude with us.
Yah I went to go see her to and I agree it isn’t right too pay someone money to just be on diplay I hate that how a sick person could just put another person on display in a hot small room like that. I had a 2 min talk with her and learned that she is really not named Tina but some werid long name and is from Jamacia with a normal sized son and a normal sized daughter and that yes she does get paid but at what cost I mean I’m tall only 14 that dosn’t mean people can just put me on dispaly for money and say I’m the world’s tallest teenager blah blah blah. The worst thing to also do is look at her and run because just because she’s small dosen’t mean she doesn’t have feelings. This is wrong illeagel probably and just unhuman this should be stopped it’s just like how when they used to cage people who were a little different than me and you for display for freak shows except now there getting paid for it. Next time you see this lady give her something to make her feel better anything and make her feel welcomed and normal like how America should treat people, and don’t give her any money just to stand or dance or somthing if your going to give her money do it because you care.
Yeah i saw her at the new york state fair and i felt SOOOO guilty after seeing her. Me and my 2 friends walked in there and stood there for like 30 seconds staring cause we didn’t know what to say. but one of my friends asked if she could have one of the pictures of her in the little bucket next to her. then stood there for like 10 more seconds and i said bye and walked out. and i said to both of them “i feel so guilty for doing that”
I met Tiny Tina last night at the State Fair. Even though I stayed a bit to speak with her I still left feeling embarrassed and guilty. I really wasn’t expecting to see a “live” person even with the sign promising a cash reward if there wasn’t a living person in there, after all this is the fair. I was shocked when I saw her sitting there. I immediately said hello and asked how she was doing? She politely answered and after giving her a tip she offered a postcard with her photo on it. I picked it up and read that she was 31 and told her that I was older than her. She lit up and couldn’t believe she was younger than me…she guessed I was in my early 20s. Anyway, as nice as my little exchange was with her, it was my mechanism to cover for the shame I felt in paying to look at another human being.
TINY TINA IS SO COOL I COULD’NT BELIVE SHE WAS ACTUALLY REAL I WAS SURPISED SO MUCH SHE TALK TO ME !!!

well my daughter and her friend went in and we attempted to take a picture of her with the cellphone and she got mad and said ‘dont come in here fu**kin with me today’ after reading several posts I see now maybe we should have tried to be her friend and not starred at her like a science project.
My boyfriend and I saw Tiny Tina at the New York State Fair in 2009 and she was awesome. We chatted for a couple minutes and got an autographed picture. She was very friendly and we look forward to seeing her again next year at the fair.
