Have You Ever Seen A Pig Race?

If not, you’re missing out.

Each day at the N.C. State Fair, the Circle C Racing Pigs put on quite a show near Gate Nine. And, it’s a blast.

It’s not just pigs either, but ducks and goats chase after a beloved prize-Cheese Doodles.

The emcee is lively, often picking people from the crowds to cheer on the racers. And, if you win, you might get a chance to kiss a pig, so pick carefully.

Squillin’ Earnhardt Jr. and Pretty Boy Piggy Gordon seem to be the fastest, but I think that changes from race to race and how hungry these swines are.

Show times are 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.
